Monthly Archives: September 2012

Thanking GOD for everything!

This month has been a great month full of challenges, changes and of course, blessings. By the sound of me talking may sound as if I won a lottery or something but no, but on this month there have been changes that happened to my life that I’m pretty sure will cause further changes to my person and to my life as a whole.

No matter how drastic, hard and unbearable (may seem) the changes may be, I should be ready. Not that I am strong (and feel strong) already but I am confident that I can make it through whatever will lie ahead of me. In life, there are things that we can still take back, things that we can still change but there are also things that we can never ever do over. There are decisions in life that after we have done it can never ever be retracted and change. We just need to go on and work for and on it.

There are times that we are uncertain and feel uncomfortable with the way things have turned out but we have to face and accept it as it is. For some it is hard for them to accept the outcome to the point that we some recent it entirely. In times like this we should not live miserably but instead we should pick up the pieces, pick up the pace and move on with GOD’s help.

There is this Bible verse that I know by heart that says –

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

– Romans 8:28 of the King James Version of the English Bible

This verse helps keep me calmed and happy to whatever things that come and happen to my life.

Prayers too would help –

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

– Romans 8:28 of the King James Version of the English Bible

For all the things that have already came and whatever it is that will come GOD willing, I will still thank the LORD and move on with GOD’s help.

Happy Thanksgiving to all!
