Almost 5,000 people participated on the tree planting activity yesterday, October 10, 2010. The event was held in Laguna. The participants on this event are from Laguna, Batangas, Mindoro, Romblon, Cavite and Rizal.

This activity simultaneously took place in other places like Tanay, Rizal and Apalit, Pampanga as Ang Dating Daan (The Old Path) celebrates its 30 years in media broadcasting here in the Philippines and across the globe.

The goal of this activity is to help preserve our nature to further prevent the ill effects of climate change in our environment. This project is spearheaded by Bro. Eli Soriano in collaboration with Daniel Razon, CEO of UNTV and an advocate of the Kahit Isang Araw Lang (Just One Day) campaign.
