Wonders in North

Before it was a dream that I thought would be impossible to come true but now has become a reality!

Way back when I was in 4th grade, we studied about Philippine geography. While looking at the map my attention was caught by the province at the northern region in the Philippines, and it was Isabela.

At first, I thought that it was really impossible for me to get there because I leave really far from it. Well, as they said, impossible things can happen sometimes. Just recently, my friends and I have traveled to explore the scenic spots in the North.

Now, let me introduce the Northern provinces that we have visited. We first arrived in Isabela. It is situated at the northern region of the Philippines particularly in Cagayan valley in Luzon region. Its capital city is Ilagan. It has cities, Cauayan and Santiago.

Isabela is the second largest province in the Philippines. One of the known tourist spots in Isabela is Magat Dam. It is situated on Magat River and considered as one of the largest dams in the Philippines.

I and my friends were also able to visit Tuguegarao City, where Buntun Bridge is erected. It is considered as one of the longest bridges in the Philippines. From there, you will be able to see the spectacular view of the Cagayan River.

Also, we were able to visit Cagayan Valley where Sierra cave is located. Specifically, Sierra cave is in the town of Peñablanca. Sierra cave is one of the living caves in the Philippines. In there you can see shells embedded on the wall of the cave which may be considered as living evidence that Sierra cave is indeed was once immersed in water.

Another cave is situated just a stone throw away from Sierra cave called Callao cave. There are 7 chambers that can be found in this cave. It is one of the famous tourist attractions in the province of Cagayan.

Having seen these nature’s wonders, I wonder why some people does not believe in the very existence of GOD. The nature itself is one of the amazing things that we have in this world. And not only the nature but also the celestial bodies from the smallest to the biggest and the other things that we see in the outer space. The world and the entire universe are so beautiful and amazing for it to be only caused by the massive explosion as suggested by the Big Bang theory.  For me, I strongly believe that there GOD and the HE really do exist. And HE is the creator of the universe and all the things that we see, even our very being.

Thanks and glory be to GOD
